1) Regarding UTF 8 encoding, can you check the demo at --link removed-- I cannot understand the language, so let me know if this is what you expect. I haven't changed anything in the component, so if this is fine, it means there is wrong encoding in your template. If this display is improper, please provide a link or attach image so that I can know the correct display.
2) Pictures are displayed by default. In the demo, I've disallowed the image tag as in this particular feed, there seems to be some misformatting of the images, maybe they're floated without clearing the float. If you do not add anything under 'allowed tags' under 'Feed Item Description Options', images will be displayed by default.
3) You can also test the pagination in the above demo.

Once you think the there is no encoding issue, I'll release this pagination fix as an update

Hi, as far as the encoding, it looks fine on your website, so i guess i have to check the template but if i use the same feed with a built in joomla feeds component then the fonts look good, only when i use your component they are displayed improperly... so i am not sure where the problem is .....

this example feed has pictures in it, you are saying they should be displayed by default but on your demo there are no pictures as well....

thanks for fixing pagination and for quick responses

Images have been disabled. I've added
Code:

<b><br><table><tr><td><a>
in 'allowed tags'.
Code:

<img>
is not added as allowed, so images are not displayed. I've now made this field blank so that all tags will be allowed. You can check now, images are displayed but the layout is miserable, which is why I said that there is some misformatting in feed image code. This happens when a div is not closed there by making the subsequent divs nested. If you are aware of any other feed which has images, you can check that to see if the images are displayed properly.

Regarding UTF-8 issue, I can help further if you can provide php version (if possible entire php info as derived from Jooma backend/help/system info / php info), MySQL version, and a link to your page. If you do not wish to make the link public, you can use the contact form on this site. I'm not sure about the solution, but there is something different on my site/server than yours, I'll try to find out what is that, so that component code can be modified accordingly.

Regarding the images, I just checked the feed in the browser - it has images as enclosures (instead of directly embedded in feed). Enclosures are not yet supported. Give me 3-4 days, I'll release an update which should work for you. Please do revert on the UTF-8 issue.
